Terms &Conditions for Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Sorry no
C.O.D.’s. When paying by check, you must mail your order with a check or money
order made payable to Fisherman’s Outfitter. Checks require 10 days to clear.
Orders may be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by fax and over the world
wide web. When ordering by credit card, please include your credit card number,
expiration date and signature.
International orders must be paid in U.S. funds (by credit
card, cashier’s check, or money order). Exchange rates are automatically
calculated on credit card order. Credit card payments require the card
holder’s "billing address," shipping address, phone and fax numbers, card
number, expiration date, and the credit card issuing bank name and phone number
for authorization purposes. Complete address verification is necessary before
orders will be shipped. Customer is responsible for all duties and taxes.
Orders will be shipped UPS Worldwide Express and DHL Worldwide Express.
Additional shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the recipient
and will be processed at the time of the order.
Return Policy
We strive to please our customers. If you are not satisfied
with a product that you have purchased from Fisherman’s Outfitter, simply return
it to us within two weeks of our ship date in its original packaging. Custom
orders are exempt from return. All returns must have an authorization code, so
please call in all returns before shipping back to Fisherman’s Outfitter.
Unpacked items may not be used before return. While a credit or refund will be
given for the value of the returned product, we do not reimburse you for
shipping and handling. Return shipping is the responsibility of the recipient
and not Fisherman’s Outfitter.
Special or Custom
Orders
We carry many items that are not listed in our catalog or on
our web site. If you do not see something that interests you, please call or
e-mail us for availability. All special orders and custom products require a 50%
deposit upon ordering and full payment before shipping. They will not be
accepted for returns under any circumstances.
Back Orders
We maintain an extensive inventory, however, in the event
that we are temporarily out of stock, items will be exempt from your order. If
an item is not available within two to three weeks of your original order date,
we will contact you. Your credit card will not be billed until the out of stock
item is shipped.
Liability
Damage or injury resulting from the use of any item featured
on this web site or in our catalog is not the responsibility of Fisherman’s
Outfitter. We assume no liability for products supplied by this company and
customer use after purchase. Customers must use products at their own
risk.
