Here it is in all its glory, Rum Cay Candy is becoming a classic killer lure, taking fish quick if they are in the area. This slender profiled lure features an elongated hex shaped head with a cupped nose, tapered body and stubby skirt. Irresistible to fish of all types and sizes that like to chase down an quick meal. Tuna, white marlin, striped marlin, blue marlin, dolphin, spearfish, sailfish and most notably, wahoo simply can’t resist! Rum Cay Candy trolls perfectly in all weather, all positions and all trolling speeds, but excels at high speeds. This new concept lure has been tested by Black Bart and others to troll down and stable at 26 knots with no additional torpedo weights! Troll this great new hot-rod lure at any speed that you are comfortable with, your wahoo fishing will never be the same. Recommended rigging with 7/0 – 8/0 hooks and 150-200lb leaders. Special rigging with a short cable leader along with a 10′ mono shock leader are best suited when high speed trolling.
